What on my list for Walgreens this week..

For those of who have been with us from the beginning, you know that Holly and I just don't " dig " the drug stores too much. Yes, they can save you money if you work your coupons, sales, and transactions just right. But, for most people..It's a death trap with the pocket book if they don't understand the system.

I think that they are WAY overpriced most of the time, and frankly..I just don't care for them.

There are many of you out there who ask why Holly and I don't do the match ups for all the drug stores in our area. We normally focus on CVS, because their ECB's are easy to work with, and usually with no hassle.

Since Walgreens and Rite-Aid have come out with a NEW coupon policy, and Rite-Aid has invented the UP's rewards system..I am going to start trying to add a few highlights each week from the ad. These will only be " cheap " or " FREE " deals, unless it's a REALLY good deal ( like the deal that Rite-Aid has on diapers this week ) There may NOT be a list EVERY week..

Savvy Coupon Clippers only limit their stores to two a week, this saves on gas and multiple trips to the stores. I find it unnecessary to be going to four or five different stores a week to score deals. You will get burned out by doing this, and you will not be MAXIMIZING your savings as best as you could be. ( unless you live within a mile from all of these stores and you want to do this, personally, I don't have time )

Since Walgreens has come out with their coupon policy, I have yet to try the water's again. So, this week..I am going to give it a try.
