First I wanted to THANK each and every person who sent Savvy Coupon Clippers expired coupons! A special THANK YOU to Joe Willie and Robin from Wave 104.1 in Brunswick, Georgia! Not only did they give us a ton of expired coupons but they also let the radio station be a drop off location for the coupons! You guys are AWESOME!
If you are new to Savvy Coupon Clippers, here is a quick overview :
"Savvy Coupon Clippers has teamed up with an oversees Military base, and we send expired coupons to families that are able to use these coupons at their commissaries. These families can use coupons that are expired up to six months past the expiration dates. They can only use manufacturer coupons ( not store coupons ), and they cannot be INTERNET printables."
With such an overwhelming response to our January collections, I decided to half the expired coupons and send them to 2 bases!
Atsugi, Japan ----- U.S. Navy and Illesheim, Germany ----- U.S. Army
I am certain that each recipient will be so very gracious! This is a great way to help our military families overseas and to honor our men and women that are in the service, and their families.
Please let us know if you would like to participate in our next collection, the deadline will be 03/31/2011 we will ship them 04/01/2011!
