Washing your hair with Baking Soda?? Yes Ma'm !

OK..Don't laugh, but I was wondering what the heck I was going to do with all that baking soda that I bought at Harris Teeter during super doubles, and now I know :)

"The next time you are shampooing your hair, add some baking soda into the mix. You don’t need very much. About a Tablespoon will do just fine, unless you have short hair, use about a teaspoon. Really massage it in and let it sit for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then rinse your hair like you normally do. Your hair will feel silky, soft and fresh. Want to know why? Because baking soda will remove any buildup and gunk that is clinging to our hair follicles that is caused from hair products. Normal shampoo won’t normally get rid of this gunk in your hair, but baking soda should do the trick just perfectly and easily for you."..Thanks Stephanie :)
